• For payment, we have an account at US Bank in the United States. We can provide you with the account number.
  
  
• To pay by pay pal, we will send you an invoice.
  
  
• 50% deposit of entire stay due at time of booking, balance due in cash at check in.
  
  
• Canceling 45 days or more from arrival date results in a 50% return of deposit.
  
  
• Canceling within 45 days of arrival date results in having total deposit forfeited.
  
  
• In spring and fall, three night minimum required.
  
  
• In winter and summer, five night minimum required.
  
  
• No smoking allowed in house.
  
  
• We require a US$300 security deposit at check in. At check out, the money will be refunded, subject to no damages.
